Your Health Plan document
Your Hospital Select Health Plan document provides details of the cover available including any specific limitations, rules or requirements for each benefit.
Cover is subject to the Special Joining Concessions of your group insurance scheme and to the terms and conditions and general exclusions contained in UniMed Terms and Conditions.
Your Active Benefits
Included in your cover is access to tailored services, early detection tools, and expert advice to help you stay in lifelong good health.
Whether you’re preparing for surgery, building healthy habits, or simply want to stay on top of your health, there’s something here for you.
Add family members and additional modules
- You can choose to add family members to your plan at your own cost, which can be found in the premium chart brochure.
- You can also add additional modules such as Specialist, Day to Day, Natural Health or Dental/Vision at your own cost. You can read more about these in the Hospital Select Plan brochure.
- You can choose to 'buy out' the $500 excess on your health plan. This means that instead of paying an excess when you claim, you will pay a slightly higher premium. Eliminate the out-of-pocket expense when making a surgical claim and get easy access to your health plan straight away.
- If you want to add family members and/or upgrade your cover please click the button below to provide us with your details. A UniMed representative will be in touch to discuss your needs and assist you.
