Workplace Health Checks

A Health Check gives your employees a clear snapshot of their health status and helps identify early signs of issues that may otherwise go unnoticed. It’s a simple way to support your people to stay well and feel their best.

Our Health Checks include a series of quick, non-invasive assessments such as blood pressure, cholesterol, HbA1c, BMI, and lifestyle factors. Everything is delivered by experienced clinicians using reliable, evidence-based tools, and we can tailor the programme to suit the needs of your workplace.  

Each appointment takes around 20 minutes. We keep things efficient so your people can participate with minimal disruption to their day, while still receiving meaningful insights about their health. 

Employees receive their results straight away, along with guidance on what the results mean and what they can do next. 
You’ll receive an anonymised, aggregated report highlighting overall health trends and opportunities to support wellbeing across your organisation. We'll then support you to identify health and wellbeing areas to focus on and connect you with our partners to support your initiatives.  

Our Health Checks are carried out by qualified health professionals such as nurses, exercise physiologists and health coaches who specialise in supporting wellbeing in the workplace. They create a friendly, respectful experience, grounded in evidence-based practice and delivered using clinically approved assessment tools and equipment. 

We follow strict clinical standards and hygiene protocols for every assessment. Equipment is sanitised between appointments, and our team is trained to recognise when someone may need follow-up care and guide them on the right next steps.
