Cancelled, postponed or rescheduled healthcare

If you have a prior approval and your planned treatment is postponed or rescheduled, provided it is for less than 90 days, your pre-approval will remain valid. There is no need to contact us.

If your planned treatment is cancelled, there is no need to contact us at this stage. If it is rescheduled for a later date (outside 90 days) a new approval process will begin.

Policy payment options
