Good Sh*t Soda giveaway Terms and Conditions:

By entering the Good Sh*t Soda giveaway you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

General:

  • This Prize Draw is run by Union Medical Benefits Society Limited, an Industrial and Provident Society (210021) with its registered office at 165 Gloucester Street, Christchurch 8011, New Zealand (“UniMed”).
  • By entering this Prize Draw, you agree to the collection and use of your information for the purposes of this Prize Draw and in accordance with these terms and conditions. You have the rights of access to, and correction of, personal information held by us.

Prize Draw:

This Prize Draw runs from 15 April 2026 to 31 May 2026.

There are six 4-pack boxes of Good Sh* Soda, each a (“Prize”) to be won.

To enter and have the chance to win the Prize, you must:

  • Complete and submit the promotion entry form on the giveaway page;
  • Be a current Member of UniMed;
  • Be residing in NZ; and
  • Be aged 18 or over.

There is no cost to enter. Entries are limited to one per person.

This Prize Draw is not open to employees of UniMed.

The Prize Draw will be drawn by a UniMed representative at random on 1 June 2026. Winners must meet the criteria set out in these terms. A person may only win 1 Prize regardless of the total number of Prizes available during the Prize Draw.

Winners will be contacted by a representative of UniMed via email.

Winners will need to provide a New Zealand shipping address for the Prize to be sent to. Winners’ name and address will be shared with Poptimist Limited who will distribute the Prizes.

The Prize is not transferable. UniMed reserves the right to change the Prize, suspend or cancel the Prize Draw, or exchange the Prize for a similar prize of equivalent value without any notice at any time. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods. UniMed’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

To the extent permitted by law, UniMed and/or Good Sh*t, their employees and agents shall not be liable for any delays, claims, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential) as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with, this Prize Draw or the Prizes.

UniMed and/or Good Sh*t are not liable for any errors, technical issues, or lost entries that may occur in entering the promotion.

If a winner does not comply with these terms, UniMed reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from that winner.

UniMed reserves the right to vary any of these terms at any time without providing notice.

Crusaders giveaways – 2026

Crusaders Tickets Prize Draw Terms and Conditions:

By entering the Crusaders Tickets Prize Draw (Prize Draw) you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

General:

  • This Prize Draw is run by Union Medical Benefits Society Limited, an Industrial and Provident Society (210021) with its registered office at 165 Gloucester Street, Christchurch 8011, New Zealand (“UniMed”).
  • By entering this Prize Draw, you agree to the collection and use of your information for the purposes of this Prize Draw and in accordance with these terms and conditions. You have the rights of access to, and correction of, personal information held by us.

Prize Draw:

This Prize Draw runs in two blocks:

  • Prize Draw Period 1: From 19 March 2026 to 29 March 2026 in respect of the Crusaders v Fijian Drua game on 3 April 2026 at Apollo Projects Stadium in Christchurch.
  • Prize Draw Period 2: From 1 April 2026 to 30 April 2026 in respect of the Crusaders v Chiefs game on 22 May 2026 at One NZ Stadium in Christchurch.

There are 5 double passes to each game above, each a (“Prize”) to be won. The Prize excludes travel, accommodation, meals and any associated costs incurred by the recipient when redeeming the Prize.

To enter and have the chance to win the Prize, you must:

  • Be following UniMed on Facebook at the time the Prize is drawn;
  • Comment on the Prize Draw Facebook post during the relevant Prize Draw Period for the game you want to be in the draw to win tickets to, telling UniMed who you’d take to the game;
  • Be a current Member of UniMed;
  • Be residing in NZ; and
  • Be aged 18 or over.

There is no cost to enter. Entries are limited to one per person per Prize Draw Facebook post.

This Prize Draw is not open to employees of UniMed.

The Prize Draw will be drawn by a UniMed representative at random on 30 March 2026 for Prize Draw Period 1 and 1 May 2026 for Prize Draw Period 2. Winners will need to provide an email address for the Prize to be sent to. This email address is required to be associated with a Ticketmaster account.
