By entering this Promotion (“Promotion”) you agree to these terms and conditions.
1. This Promotion is run on behalf of Union Medical Benefits Society Limited, an Industrial and Provident Society (210021) with its registered office at 165 Gloucester Street, Christchurch 8011, New Zealand (“UniMed”).
2. The Promotion will run from 21 November 2023 to 28 November 2023 (“Promotion Period”).
3. The Promotion will consist of one draw with two winning entries, each receiving one Prize. You must enter to have a chance to win a Prize.
4. To enter the Promotion and have the chance to win the Prize, you must:
a) Click the Competition entry link in the relevant email message from UniMed; and
b) be a New Zealand resident, currently living in New Zealand
c) not be related to and/or have any affiliations with a UniMed employee
d) be a current Member of UniMed
5. The Competition is not open to employees of UniMed and their families, its subsidiaries, agents and affiliates.
6. No Prize is exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
7. Only one entry per person.
8. There is no cost to entrants to enter the Competition.
9. Two winners (“Prize Winners”) will be drawn at random (“the Prize Draw”) from all valid Competition entries. The first two valid entries randomly drawn will win the Prizes.
10. The Prize Draw will be conducted within 3 business days of the conclusion of the Promotion Period.
11. Two Prizes area available, each includes a Molemap for one person.
12. The Prize Winners will be notified using the contact details provided on the Competition entry form.
13. The Prize Winners will have 21 days to accept the Prize won. If reasonable attempts have been made to contact the Prize Winner(s) and the Prize Winner(s) has not responded within 21 days, the Prize will be forfeited and UniMed reserves the right to re-draw the Prize and announce a new Prize Winner(s). The 21-day period will also apply to the re-drawn Prize Winner(s).
14. The Prize Draw outcome is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prize
1. Two Prizes are available, each includes a Molemap for one person. The Prize excludes travel, accommodation, meals and any associated costs incurred.
General
1. The Promoter is UniMed (“Promoter”).
2. The Promoter reserves the right to extend, postpone or cancel the Promotion and to modify these terms and conditions without notice.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the award of any Prize if the Promoter suspects that there has been a security breach within the any program used to conduct the Promotion or an entrant has hacked or otherwise improperly accessed the application or website in order to win the Prize.
4. If you accept the Prize, you are responsible, at your own cost, for obtaining all necessary insurances and any other thing necessary to benefit from the Prize, including all applicable taxes related to accepting the Prize.
5. You agree that you are providing your information to the Promoter.
6. All Promotion entries become the property of the Promoter.
7. You agree that, if you are a Prize Winner, your name and photograph may be used for publicity purposes in all media by the Promoter, without remuneration, and you agree that you must make yourself available for this purpose.
8. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and any other person or party associated with this Promotion, shall not be liable to you in respect of any loss, damage or injury whatsoever (including, but not limited to, any direct, indirect, and/or consequential loss or damage), including personal injury suffered as a result of, or arising in connection with, the Promotion or winning (or not winning) a Prize.
9. By entering the Promotion you agree to receive further information regarding UniMed about its products, services, and other offerings (including by electronic message, including email and text message) using the contact details provided by you.

The Promoter will collect and use your details for the purposes of running this Promotion and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
