Prize draw

  1. This promotion runs from 1 May 2025 to 15 May 2025. 
  2. There are six 4-packs of Good Sh*t Soda (“Prize”) to be won, each with a value of $21.99. Flavours are subject to availability. 
  3. To enter and have the chance to win the Prize, you must: 
    1. Complete the promotion entry form 
    2. be a current Member of UniMed 
    3. be residing in NZ 
    4. be aged 18 or over 
  4. There is no cost to enter. Only one entry per person. No prize is transferable or redeemable for cash. 
  5. This promotion is not open to employees of UniMed or The Gut Foundation and their families, its subsidiaries, agents and affiliates. 
  6. The Prize Draw will be drawn at random on 16 May 2025. 
  7. Winners will be contacted by a representative of UniMed via email by 16 May 2025. 
  8. Winners will need to provide a physical address for the Prize to be delivered to, or can pick up the Prize from UniMed's Christchurch office at 165 Gloucester Street. 
  9. The Prize Draw outcome is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
  10. UniMed reserves the right to vary, suspend or terminate the promotion at any time without notice. 
  11. To the extent permitted by law, UniMed and / or the Gut Foundation, their employees and agents shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential) as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with, this promotion or its Prizes. 
  12. UniMed and / or The Gut Foundation are not liable for any errors, technical issues, or lost entries that may occur in entering into the promotion.
