We're updating our Terms and Conditions

We’ve updated some of the documents that make up a policy to keep them clear, current and aligned with how we administer our policies. The updates clarify how some parts of your policy work - there are no changes to your Health Plan benefits or premium.

These changes apply to you if your policy number starts with a number (not letters).

They do not apply if your policy number starts with PL or if you have Terms and Conditions in your Health Plan document. If you’re unsure, please contact us.

These changes take effect from 1 April 2026.

You can review the new documents here:

We’ve summarised the key updates and included FAQs below.

Why are these changes being made?

We found that certain information in our Conditions of Membership wasn’t as clear as it could be, and some healthcare services in our Unapproved and Approved lists were duplicated or already specified under our General Exclusions.

To make things simpler and easier to understand, we’ve updated these documents. These changes ensure the information is clearer, more accurate, and better aligned with how we operate and with current regulatory expectations.
