- Submit claims for reimbursement
- Request prior approval
- Update your contact details

Looking for Virtual Clinic and Mental Health Navigator?
These benefits were discontinued from 1 September 2025 and are not available to Members after their anniversary either on or after this date.
If your Health Plan has been updated, you are not longer eligible for these services but you now have access to funding for mental health consultations. Explore available mental health support services.
You can check your eligibility by viewing your latest Health Plan document, which is available at any time in your Member Portal. If you are still eligible for this service, please contact us and we will arrange access.
